Rules and Guidelines
1 Submission of Entry Forms: All entry forms for various events must be submitted through Google Forms. The links for each event will be sent to the school's email ID. Please submit the Google Forms by August 9, 2024.
2. Registration: Schools are requested to report at the registration counter by 8 AM on Saturday, August 17, 2024.(No registration fee)
3. Language: All items should be presented in English unless specified otherwise.
4. Participation: A participant may take part in only one item.
5. Teams: Only one team per event is allowed from each school.
6. Supervision: Students participating in all items must be accompanied by a teacher.
7. Judging: The judges' decisions are final and binding.
8. Clarifications: Participants can contact the teacher in charge of their items between 5 PM and 7 PM for any clarifications.
9. Props: The use of fire and any dangerous props is discouraged.
10. Green Room Keys: Ensure that the green room keys are handed over to our school volunteers before leaving the campus.
11. Mobile Phones and Cameras: The use of mobile phones and cameras is strictly prohibited on the school campus.
12. Property: No harm should be caused to school property. Our campus is plastic-free; hence, the use of plastic items should be avoided.
13. Content: Any items spreading anti-social thoughts will be disqualified.
14. Vulgarity: Any form of vulgarity will lead to disqualification.
15. Dress Code: Entering the stage in school uniform is not allowed for both participants and escorting members.
16. Respect for the Rules: Compliance with these rules ensures a smooth and successful event for everyone involved.
